Usage Policy

We are happy to offer our Meeting Room to the community as a private space for your exclusive use, to hold your next meeting, or for a small group gathering.

• Accommodates 8-10 people around the table
• Plasma TV with HDMI hook-up

• There is no charge to use our Meeting Room*
• All participants in your program or meeting are required to make a purchase.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted.
• There is a 3-hr time limit on use of this space. If you would like to stay longer, we would be happy to have you, as long as there is no other reservation for the next time slot. Check with our baristas on the room schedule for the day.
• Reservations are not required, but are welcome. To guarantee availability for a particular time slot, see one of our baristas to make your reservation or call us at 234-571-2721, and we will get back to you to confirm availability.

*A fee applies for hosting direct sales vendor events in our Meeting Room.
